Easter and Passover 2019

I know I’m a few days late, but we had a delightful Easter and Passover with my brother Remy who was in from London. Although to be honest, the only Passover-related thing on our table was the matzah for appetizers (they go excellent with smoked salmon and mahi mahi dip). Oops. There is always next year.

For our holiday meal, we had smoked fish, sautéed kale, roasted carrots with lime and ginger, homemade olive bread, and roasted lamb chops. We sipped on Aperol Spritz’s, prosecco, Sancerre, and Bourdeaux. Very decadent and indulgent. Hoping you had a nice Easter! What was on your table?
