Over the past two years, I have been a member of the Stony Hill Farm CSA based in Chester, NJ. I love this farm and always looked forward to the herb plants and a recipe cards I would receive each week. With an abundance of herbs, Stony Hill thoughtfully suggested making herb water. I am a huge fan of lemon water, so why not add some herbs like fresh basil or mint? I kept a pitcher of water in my fridge all summer and even drove up my herb plants to Boston so I can continue my daily pleasure into the autumn.
