In honor of the culmination of summer, Will and I got lobsters to celebrate. And guess where we got our bundles of joy? Fresh Direct! Don't judge; they were cheap, live, and actually pretty tender and delicious.
We steamed our 1 1/4 pounders for 12 minutes and served with lemon butter, Frech baguette, and a summer salad. We paired the meal with a bottle of champagne and Sancerre. Magnifique.
