I'm loving this basket of goodies from my aunt and uncle. They gathered a basket of sweet tomatoes from Cape Abilities, one of my favorite farms on Cape Cod. All week I've used the tomatoes in a variety of ways. One morning I made avocado toast with lemon, tomatoes, and salt and pepper. Another evening, I simply drizzled tomatoes with organic extra virgin olive oil and salt and pepper. Tonight I've made a Caprese salad with fresh basil and mozzarella. Cheers to tomatoes!
